"I tried Tide Cleaners for the first..."
I tried Tide Cleaners for the first time last week, and overall it was a smooth experience. I dropped my clothes off in the evening and had them back the next day, which surprised me in a good way.
The only small thing was that the pickup notification came a bit later than what the app showed, so I ended up checking twice. It wasn’t a huge issue though, and my clothes were ready when I went in. I left feeling like it was a convenient option and definitely saved me some time...

"Cleaning was fine, but the support part was frustrating"
The actual cleaning was okay, so I don’t really have a big complaint there. But when I called about a missing item, it turned into this whole hassle. I got passed around to different people, and then someone said they’d follow up but never did. It took a few days just to get a simple answer, which felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. Not the worst experience ever, but the customer service side definitely needs work because...

"Makes laundry easier, but instructions could be clearer"
This has made laundry way less of a hassle for me. I usually drop it off while I’m already out running errands, then pick it up later without much fuss. It definitely saves me a good chunk of time during busy weeks. I do wish the instructions were a little clearer the first time around, though, since I wasn’t totally sure what to expect...

"Felt a bit expensive for what it was"
The service was fine overall, nothing really wrong with it, but the price felt high for just basic cleaning. I guess I was expecting something more for what I paid, especially with that whole setup. Not awful or anything, just didn’t feel like the best value to me.
